If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it, contact our support team and we will help you get the return process started. Once we receive the item back we will refund your original payment method.
If your item is unused, you ordered the wrong size or would like a different colour, contact our support team with your order number within 30 days. We will help you get the exchange process started.
Our collars and leashes are not built to be used on tie-outs, or attached to any stationary objects, like a fence post or a tree.
We love dogs, but we can't cover damage from them chewing.
Our leather is rated for up to one hour submerged in water, but we can't cover any damage from water.
