Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and United Kingdom from Montreal, Canada, where we hand-craft each and every leather dog collar and leash.

What courier do you use?

We use USPS and Canada Post for Standard shipping, and DHL for Express shipping to get our products to you as quick as we can.

If you are placing an international order

  • all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any customs and/or duties charges you may incur from your local government. It is your responsibility to check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be any additional charges.
  • Sometimes shipping delays happen at the border that are out of our control, so we can't guarantee our delivery dates.

How much is shipping and how long will it take to arrive?

We offer 2 shipping options, Standard and Express. Since each item is made to order by our expert craftsman, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped from our workshop in Montreal, Canada. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (with a tracking number if applicable) and can expect your order to arrive shortly after based on the estimated delivery times below.

A properly fitting dog collar should be snug - not tight. Measure your dog's neck using the simple steps below for the perfect fitting collar every time. If you are unsure of what size to purchase, please contact us with your measurements.

Find a flexible measuring tape or rope that you can use to wrap around your dog's neck.

All collars are made differently, so do NOT measure the overall length of your existing dog collar.

Place the measuring tape snug against your dog's neck with 1 or 2 fingers placed between the measuring tape and their neck and record the measurement.

Each collar comes with 5 holes, spaced 1 inch apart, with 1 hole overlapping between sizes - The largest hole on the small size, is the same length as the smallest hole on the medium size.
